The role:

As a Scrum Project Manager, you will facilitate Agile processes while managing project scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations. You will be responsible for fostering team collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

• Guide the team in adhering to Scrum best practices and Agile principles.

• Identify and remove any impediments that may hinder the team’s progress.

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that tasks are organized effectively and efficiently.

• Assist in managing project scope, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Track progress, monitor project health, and identify any risks or issues.

• Act as the main point of contact for both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Provide project updates and ensure transparency on risks, progress, and adjustments.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and help teams adapt Scrum practices as needed.

• Support the development of the team’s Agile maturity, offering coaching and mentorship.

• Conduct retrospectives to drive insights and improvements in team performance and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Background in software development/engineering or a related technical field.

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.

• 2+ years of experience with Jira.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional Agile teams to successful project delivery.

• Strong experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies in diverse environments.

• Experience with SaaS or cloud-based product development is highly desirable.

• Experience in project management, including managing scope and stakeholder expectations.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a startup environment.

• Comprehension with OpenAI technologies or similar AI projects.

• Familiarity with GitLab.
